About Refine OS

Refine OS, Inc. builds clinical software for medical practices that provide hormone therapy, metabolic care (including GLP-1 programs) and longevity medicine. The platform brings a patient's labs, symptoms, treatments and progress into one record, so clinicians can see what is working and decide what to change.

What the platform does

• Clinical record and visits: patient charts, visit notes, treatment plans and an audit trail of every change.
• Labs and results: lab and body-composition reports are captured and trended over time, shown alongside the treatment the patient was on at each draw.
• Treatment management: dosing history, titration, refills, supply tracking and pharmacy orders.
• Hormone and metabolic programs: menopause and perimenopause care, testosterone therapy, GLP-1 supervision and symptom tracking.
• Patient portal: a secure app where patients see their results and plan, log symptoms and doses, and message their care team.
• Practice operations: a clinician worklist, orders queue, inventory and reporting.

Clinical decision-support features help clinicians, but every treatment decision stays with the licensed clinician.

Who we serve

Our customers are independent medical practices in the United States: physicians, nurse practitioners and their clinical teams. That includes women's health, hormone and menopause practices, men's health clinics, weight-management programs and longevity or integrative medicine practices. Patients use Refine OS through their own clinic; we do not provide medical care ourselves.

Privacy and security

We handle protected health information on behalf of our clinic customers as a HIPAA business associate. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and logged, and our vendors that handle health information are bound by business associate agreements. Read our Privacy Policy.
